We have been asked about Track and trace for packages on the website, is there a way the AustPost v2 can include track and trace with Australia Post?

Sure that's possible but you'll have to directly develop it, we can add it on our todo list but if your need it for now, the best solution will be to develop it or ask to a developer to do it for you through the "Commercial Jobs" section of our forum form example :
