-- Joomla version -- : 3.7.2

Hello,

We use Hikashop Business and we need Your assistance with Google Analytics and Hikashop integration.

We followed this simple guide to enable GA - www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/9...oogle-analytics.html

Our Joomla/Hikashop Ga settings & ecommerce not working screenshots are in the attachment.

Realtime reports on google analytics page work and show active users, but nothing is going on in Conversions / Ecommerce/Overview, no data.

We tried to fix this, checked Your forums, changed different settings and still there was no progress.

Do You have any suggestions for us or maybe have some better documentation with settings(both google and joomla side settings) that work on other sites?

Thank You in advance,

Aleksandar

Hi,

Are your orders statuses being changed to "confirmed" when the payments are made ?
Could you provide a screenshot of the settings in the menu System>Order statuses ?
What payment methods are you using ?

Hello Nicolas,

The way we do it is:
Created - default when the order is created,
Confirmed - when stock is checked,
Shipped - when we sent goods.

We tried also with leaving orders with confirmed status for longer time but still nothing appeared on google e-commerce page.

About payment methods we use cache on delivery and bank transfer. We would like to use some custom order status e.g. PAID when we receive money from customers.

Hi

I see that you have a peculiar order statuses setup.
That's why it doesn't work properly I think.
Normally, the "confirmed" status is activated in "invoice" and the "created" status isn't.
And the data is sent to Google analytics when the order goes from created to confirmed based on these.

If you need to keep the settings like that, try changing the "single submission" setting of the Google Analytics plugin.
Also, after you change the status of an order in the backend, make sure that you go on another page of the backend before being logged out or changing the status of another order. That way, the javascript notifying Google Analytics can be executed.
