Punchout Catalogue cXML

I have a curly one here that we need some help with, can we do something like this with Hikashop?

1st System which is what we are using now, and we still need it to work as it is.
Any customer can Login and Request a quote on any item that is on our website, the sales team receive a copy of this RFQ and they reply using our internal accounting software to quote the item.

2nd System – Punchout Catalogue cXML
Individual Customers will have individual Pricing & Logins and selected Products.
Customer logins into our Punchout Cat from their system on site, selects items they wish to Purchase as this will now also show their contract prices.
Once they have selected the items and added to their Cart, this then creates a Request in their system for approval.
Once approved they then generate a Purchase order for the items and that gets sent through a portal back to Westernex to generate manually through their accounts package.

This might be to late, but I think InstaPunchout supports Joomla, not 100% sure on Hikashop, but I think so. You can check their site
