Pre order not working

-- Joomla version -- : 3.9.10
-- PHP version -- : 7.0
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : chrome
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : no error massage

pre-order Is not working it keeps going to regular (add to card) in dutch(aan winkelwagen toevoegen).
Quantity is 0
I cant put anything in the pre order box or it is showing add to card

Hello,

With your first screenshot, I can see that you have some installation/configuration issue since the HikaShop CSS is not fully loaded.

Now regarding your "pre order" issue, I suppose that you're using the "legacy add to cart" or have a view override for the add to cart.

Please note that the legacy modes do not allow plugins such the "pre order" to work correct ; it will be the same for the "cart side notification" and a big part of the plugins which are sold in the marketplace.
The legacy mode provides a retro-compatibility with the old versions of HikaShop but do not provide the necessary features for what plugins needs, that's the reason why we made a new "add to cart" and a new "checkout" system and be able to release a lot of new features and plugins.

Ok I put the legacy back and now the pre order is working. :-)

I have also the Cart Slide Notification.
This one is still not working.

With your first screenshot, I can see that you have some installation/configuration issue since the HikaShop CSS is not fully loaded.

I try to reset everything and reinstall hikashop Is there anything else I can do or do I need A programmer?

Hello,

The plugin is working but the problem is coming from the template CSS rules.
You need to add that rule :

img.notify_slide_img {
	transition: initial;
	z-index: 999;
	width: 50px;
	height: 50px;
	max-height: 60px;
	max-width: 60px;
}
You can see to tweak a little the values if you want but the result should be fine with that.
