-- HikaShop version -- : 4.6.1
-- Joomla version -- : 4.1.5
-- PHP version -- : 8.0.17
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Edge 98.0.1108.56

I have the custom field "product_GTIN" for my product UPCs. Is there an easy way to modify the Google Products Plugin to include this field in the data export?

Hi,

In the settings of the Google Products plugin there is already a GTIN setting:

So there is no need for any code change in the plugin. Just enter your column name in that GTIN setting and it will add it to the data feed automatically.

Thank you for the quick reply, I'll give it a try. And I did first look for either a tooltip at the GTIN field and in the Integration section of the documentation but found neither place explained the GTIN field. There were forum posts, but none directly addressed my question.

Hi,

You can see that the explanation on the option is directly below the input field on Joomla 4 in my screenshot. Or is the text there too cryptic maybe ? Or you don't have the explanation text on your end ?

Your explanation is fine. I didn't have Inline Help Toggle selected so the explanations where hidden. So much better now that I've toggled on the inline help

.
