hCaptcha not showing up on registration page.

Longer time no speak.
So as I'm having the problem with the Google ReCaptcha (hanging), so I decided to explore hCatpcha plugin.

I works fine on the contact page form, but it doesn't seem to load on Shop Registration form.

Any idea what might preventing it from loading?

I will be buying the new Hikashop as soon as I recreate the entire site in Joomla 4, sometime early next year.
But, in the meantime, I really need this hCaptcha to work.
