-- Joomla version -- : 3.5.1

I've created a mass action that makes that when a costumer buys a total of 2000€ overall, it change of group user.

The mass action works perfectly, and when I click on process, it actually works perfectly.

But I don't know how to add it to cron. I thought that cron was doing all the process automaticatly, but although cron runs, it doesn't update my users. Any idea why it isn't doing the process? Am I missing something?

Thank you

Hi,

@vanway:
Could you provide a screenshot of your mass action settings ?
Can you check that your cron task is working :

hi Nicolas,

I did what you said, and got a notification email saying that:

HikaShop Activado a 2016-04-26 07:15
Tasas de cambio actualizadas satisfactoriamente (that is change value €-$)

Here are the screenshots of the configuration:

Hi,

Well, it's normal looking at your mass action settings.
You've configured the trigger to be "after an order is created" so the mass action will run each time an order is created and only for that order.
If you want your mass action to run periodically using the cron system, you need to change the trigger to use one of the choices: every minute, every hour, every day, every week, every month or every year.
