Mass Action does not trigger automatically

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.6.4
-- Joomla version -- : 3.6.4
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.27
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 54.0.2840.99 m (64-bit)

Hi Hikashop,

As requested by Jerome, have started new thread in appropriate subforum here.

The question was why the Mass Actions that I set up don't get triggered automatically.

The Cron URL works: www.orz.com.sg/index.php?option=com_hikashop&ctrl=cron

I'm checking with the host provider as well.

The screen grab of the Mass Action set up is in the attachment - it's set to trigger everyday but it doesn't, did I set the Mass Action up incorrectly?

Hi,

There are two things you can do in order to find the source of the problem:

1. Check that your cron task is working by following this documentation:
www.hikashop.com/support/documentation/5...cron-task.html#check

2. Check that your mass action is working by using the "process" button at the top of the mass action to manually trigger it.
You can remove filters, to see if it comes from a filter, or use an action "display the results" to see a listing of the results found with your filters, etc.

If both your cron task and your mass action work, then I don't see why you would have that problem.

Hi nicolas,

Just to update - the Mass Action triggered automatically after I changed the time trigger to every hours, and the product trigger field to category_id instead of category_name
