Multiple Filters seems possible in interface but is not possible to configure

Hi,
I have triggers setup and working when a product of a certain type (Filter Set to order product column -> order_product_id = 1) is set.
But if an order is then cancelled, i'm trying to create a different Mass Action that can have the same filter as above AND Order_status= Cancelled.

When I set the 1st filter, all OK.
When i then add the 2nd filter, I can't choose the order status to filter on.
If i do it the other way around, i can add the order_status cancelled, and then add the order product filter, but cannot choose or specify the filter conditions . .

The same type of issue applies for the Actions section.
I can Add an Action but it wipes out the 1st one.

I just tried this and it wipes the first filter that was set correctly...
If you wish, i can provide you a login & url to try on my site. I have some MassActions that are disbled that can be played around with in this manner (as I can't use them anyway, hence they're disabled and nothing in them is a problem if I lose their config)...

All on Windows, been using Edge & Edge dev (v103).
i've just tried with Firefox v101 and it seems to behave better...

I'll see how it goes and will let you know.Close the ticket for now and if i get a failsafe way to reproduce what I saw (and over multiple browsers) i'll start a new one.
Anyone else sees this, check if your browser is up to date and try different ones..

I think I have a similar problem.
When I try to set 2 filters, I get no result and the "AND" attribute disappear
I try to select multiple products by product code
Before executing the mass action
