getting started with my first HikaShop cart and have some questions.

I have products placed in two categories, but want only one category to be displaced to the user. Is that possible?

Some of products have prices based upon the size choices made by the customer (see attachment for the backend for this product). But when the product is initially displayed, the price is shown as Free.

Add to cart and view cart buttons are not showing.

The Place order link takes users to the display category page.

The only way I can view items in a cart is by going to the user control panel / view carts, but even on that page there is no option to place an order.

any and all help greatly appreciated,
david

Hi,

- If the second category is unpublished, there is no way that the category would be displayed.
The categories of products are not displayed, there are use in the category listing in order to know which products should be listed.

- You don't have any product price in your screen shot.
A product option is an option, it means that it is an extra product that you can select, it does not affect the price of the product.
Product option are not variants.

- You should set the configuration to display the "add to cart" or you should set a quantity for your products.
It is difficult to tell you without having your whole configuration.

- I have difficulties to understand the problems with the links.

- You should add the HikaShop cart module in your website and add the step "cart" in your checkout workflow.
