Hello,

Almost finished configuring everything in Hikashop Business. For the end I have few more questions.

- Is it possible to define which language version of eg. Order confirmation or "Order status change" email is sent to specific client (language vise)?

To describe in more detail:
- Multi-langugage version in front end (two languages)-ENG and local.
- Back-end language set to ENG
- Customer uses shop in local language, but receives emails in ENG language.
If I translate (System-->emails) template to local language I have problem with ENG customer.

What is the best scenario?

About email template editor. Is there any option to switch on some kind of WYSIWYG editor like JCE or something. I set the Editor value to JCE (System-->Configuration-->Main), but it does nothing to the email template part.

Hi,

Are the emails sent after a backend order status modification, or when user purchase ?

The emails don't use an editor because is use HTML, so you have to enter your custom html code.

Hello,

First message is sent to customer automatically when he/she finishes order on the front-end- some sort of order confirmation--> ("We are pleased to confirm the creation of your order No........").

Then additional messages are sent to customer when order status changes (notify customer)--> eg. "The status of your order No. OR-00007/01/2013 has been changed to refunded."

Is it possible to configure the Hikashop to send confirmation message and other notification emails in language that corresponds to the customer front-end language or even Country? What is the best practice here?

Thank you and BR

Hi,

It would depend on the payment plugin. For most of them, we pass the language context so we could reload the right language when sending the email.
In the backend, when you validate an order, the email is loaded with the administrator language context.

The problem is not really an HikaShop problem, but a Joomla one.
We don't have a translation system, we use the Joomla one and it's joomla which load the language.
