How to change SUMMARY OF YOUR ORDER email

Hi.

I was hoping not to post my question here but i had no choice. I searched FAQ and Documentation for how to change/customize email notifications but couldnt figure it out:

1. customer register: Email of welcome address
2. Summary of the customer order, so i can manually input the account details to pay into.
3. Confirmation emails

Your quick response is appreciated.

How do i customize each of these email?

Please find attached two images with title, one (how it is now) second (how i want it customized).

I want a situation where i can insert the account details, shop address, phone contact etc.

Can i achieve this? if yes, how?

Secondly, when an account is registered on the website, it should send an email welcoming the new customer, how can this be achievable.

As Nicolas said, you can edit these emails via the menu System > Emails.
Then in the listing, the mail "User account" is the welcome email, to customize it you just have to click on the name of this email, then you will arrive on an editor page to edit the content of that email.

The order confirmation email is "Order status notification".

I am using Hikashop Essential in Joomla 3.1.5, and I cannot find the email list mentioned in the previous post.

User account - email used when a user register though HikaShop. Sent to the user itself.
User account administrator notification - email used when a user register though HikaShop. Sent to the administrator.
Order creation notification - email used when an order is created. Send to the user itself.
Order status notification - email used when an order is modified (could be confirmed, cancelled, shipped...). Send to the user itself.
Order administrator notification - email used when an order is created. Send to the administrator.

The closest thing I can find is HikaShop -> Configuration -> Main Tab, Emails section, but this only lets me specify to/from and other email parameters. How can I customize the actual content of the Order Creation Notification?

This feature is available in HikaShop Business. It allow you to edit easily all the content of the emails.
Otherwise you can do it manually by creating a ".modified.php" copy of the email (using FTP for example).
If you just want to change some translations, you can use the demo website in order to see the content of the emails and change the translations that you want to change.

HIKA business doesn't offer and easy solution to the emails... Unless you know php. I can appreciate you wanting to upsell the customer, but be honest when describing a solution. Easy would be using tags to place the content into an email.
