text change

hi to all guys, i'm a newby of hika, i've just create my first site with hika and now i have 2 problem:
1) i want to change the text of the e-mail that the client recive from my site and i still don't know where i can do it
2) i chose the check metod payement, and when the client confirm the order he is redirected in a page that say a lot of thing and there is a lot of XXXXXX where i think i have to modify with my information... but like the mail.. i can't find where... so.. can someone help me?
