file not found

Hello

i'm trying to setup a software shop. I managed to get an order but when the user wants to click on the file to download it (in the email sent or in their account panel) it says "file not found" on the website

i uploaded the file in the product area (in the 'Files' panel)

how do i do to add a file to download which actually works.

Hi,

Is it possible to have more information about your product file configuration ?
The files that you can download are in a very special folder, the "secured folder" also called "safe folder".
You can change this folder in the HikaShop configuration but the default value is good.
By default it's in the folder "media/com_hikashop/upload/safe".

The path of the file that you have to specify (if you don't want to upload it thought the popup) is a relative path starting from this special folder.
If you put the file directly in the "safe" folder, you just have to put the name of the file.

okay i put the file in the safe directory and it works but for the users that reads me, i have to add to be carefull with Case. the filename has to be the exact same name.
