Weird calculation problems

Hi,
this is sad, that you take around a week or longer to answer. I am not used to this in support forums where I pay.

Regarding your second posting in this thread:
....If not, can you check that the file "invoice" of the view "order" was not edited via the menu Display>Views. If it was, can you save the modifications locally and click on the "remove customization" icon of the file so that you use the default view file of the latest version ?......

I was lost because I didnt find the Display-> Views.
I also sent you a screenshot where I looked after it. I also wrote: "....To be sure, I am in System-> Configuration-> Display
there also is no "remove customization" icon........"
You coudl well have cleared me up that I was at the wrong place.
Also, my mistake, but you could have told me that I am completely wrong there. :-(

I found now what you were talking about, where customizations should be done.
And locally I checked it out with the latest version.

Okay, I finally reached the old developer and I will be able to ask him what changes he made.

Sorry, never heard of a forum, where a push after 7 days of no answer increases the time I have to wait. I consider this a questionable answer of You.

Hi, is the fair over and done?
So, we could step back into my case please.

Anything unclear what the problems are?

My main important question right now is, where would have the developer before me added the custom incoive, that is used ov er the buttons invoice on an order?
