Save failed when editing order email address

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Save failed

Hi, when trying to correct an error in a customer email address I get a "save failed" message -- how can I change/correct a customer's email address?

Hi,

You can do that via the joomla user manager. If you got an error, it's likely that you already had another user with the same email address that you tried to enter and thus joomla refused the change as you can't have different users with the same email address in joomla.
