Return order

Hi,

I need a function where it is possible to enter a return order in the frontend. This order should then let the stock situation be increased when "delivered".

Is this possible?
Or maybe just a way of changing the stock situation for a product from the frontend?

Thanks,

Claus.

I don't understand what you're trying to do.
If you want to manage your stock from your frontend, you can do that with HikaMarket Frontend:
www.hikashop.com/extensions/hikamarket-front-end.html
Otherwise, please explain what you mean by "return order".

Thanks,

Fine with the Hikamarket for adjusting stock in frontend.

Let me explain - I use HikaShop in order to let a local bike store sell our team clothes. The clothes belong to the club - not to the bike shop.
When a member of our club buy clothes in the store the shop employee enter an order in the HikaShop in order to update the stock and make it possible to see what we have sold.
But if the member comes back with the clothes, the shop employee needs to have a possibility to take the clothes back in stock either by cancel the original order which has status delivered and payed or by creating a return order in a way.
It could also be, that the member don't want his money back - just another size of the clothes. And we would have to create a new order and a return order for the clothes coming return. An order quantity in negative would also be okay - but I don't think this is possible.

Best regards,

Claus.

Hi,
So the solution will only be to set the your order status to "confirmed" (- x to your product quantity) when your product will be sold, and set this status to "refunded"/"canceled" (+ x to your product quantity) if your customer return the clothes back.

Okay - thanks.
And as I understand this, it will require Hikamarket if I want to be able to do this from the frontend?

You'll be able to edit your orders through your front-end by using the HikaMarket Front-edition extension.
