Order Status email Problem - HikaShop/HikaSerial

Hi,

My system has been stable for a long time, but i just looked at an Order Status email (I had to manually update a status) and noticed 2 problems:

1. My signature block is at the top of the email, just above "Your Order". Have you changed the location of the fields recently?

2. The HikaSerial table (Serial Data/Attached to Product) appears at the bottom of the email, outside and to the left of the white email area.

If you give me a direct email address, I'll forward you an example.

I'm sure it's quite easy, but please point me in the right direction!

Hi,

There are two possibilities. First you can update HikaSerial to the version 1.8.0
HikaShop 2.2.2 (and so 2.2.3) have new email templates and we included the compatibility of these new email template in HikaSerial 1.8.0
The other solution is to override the views "orderserial | show_email_notification_html", like explain in this post:

At this moment, the html content added by HikaSerial will be more in harmony with the rest of the email and it won't break anymore the global HTML content.
