payment failed, order now unaccessible

A customer has built a large cart and gone through the checkout process, however his payment failed (PayPal). Is there any way for him to access this order (status is currently Created) and try the payment again?

Hi,

Depending your payment plugin configuration and your hikashop configuration ; your customers can access to their orders in their user control panel, see their old orders and pay the unfinished orders.

Users are able to view order history.

I'm using "HikaShop Paypal payment plugin", then under Hika Payment methods - PayPal I cannot find anything that seems to allow someone to pay for an order that has a status of created.
