Buy one get 1 free option

-- Joomla version -- : 3.2.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.25

I have a catagory with free items and i want only when client buy's a buy a product (non free) that he can also select a free product (1 product) from the free catagory.

Is this option posible?

The best solution will probably be to directly add your free product through the "Options" tab of your product with price configuration page.
