I would also have recommend to check your spam folder.
If it's not there, then you should check your email server's logs for the error relative to the sending of that email.
We send half of the information in the email and keep half in the order for security reasons.
If you don't do that and get hacked, the hackers could process payments with the credit cards of all your customers and you would be liable for these payments plus a hefty fine by mastercard/visa. I really don't recommend to do it and that's why we don't provide an option to do that.
