popup on smartphone

Hi,
today i noticed an issue.
using a smartphone i noticed that the popup after the purchase goes over the screen.
You can see what i mean on my screenshot
What can i do to fix that?

You can edit the view "checkout / notice" to make it responsive. (if you have a responsive template).
And few css properties for that.

The css file to edit can be found thanks to the browser console, it's generally the main css file of your template.

yes, i have a responsive site.
I thought that everything on Hikashop was responsive; not just certain parts.
But I seem to understand that is not the fault of hikashop but is an issue of my template. Is it right?

It's more complicated, this popup have a fixed size which can be set in the hikashop settings.
The hikashop css file is not applied on that notice, but the responsive code can be put directly in the hikashop view.

So it require changes on the two sides. Generally the popup must be avoid for responsive websites as it's not supported by smartphones.

But I would be satisfy if we could simply reduce the size of it without letting it become responsive.
I tried a lot but i was not able to find where it is generated.
Could you help me please?

Otherwise is there another way to give notice to the buyer that the product is in his cart?

To set a different site, you can edit the value of the option "Add to cart popup size" in Configuration > Main > Cart.
You can too edit the view "checkout / notice" and edit your template css file to change the popup size in case of there is an override.

Else you can display a simple alert instead of the popup notice by putting some javascript in the view "notice" instead of the current content.

it was enough just modifying the "Add to cart popup size" to 280 x 200.
Now it is perfect on smartphone also!!!
It was so simple!!
