Variant Options not showing on order

Hi,

I have a variant on my product, when i select and order this the selected options are not shown in the backend, or the email that gets sent to the customer, or to the vendor in hikamarket so they can't really do anything with the order... Please see screenshots attached.

Hi,

This means that you turned off the "Append characteristic value to product name" option of the configuration.
Turn it on and you'll see the variant everywhere.
