Send email for specific product for shipping

Hi,
I use hikashop and hika market.
There is a product for a specific vendor, that is shipped by an external person.
Is it possible to send an email to an additional person for only a specific product, so that this person knows, that she has to ship this product. It would also be nice, if she could set the status to shipped for this product. But she should not ahve access to the other products from that vendor. Just one specific product.

There is no option is Hikashop to do that so if you know how to code in PHP, you can create a plugin to handle that. We have a documentation of the API to achieve that:
