no email notifications & the use of Status

I can't seem to find the documentation of setting email notifications & Statuses, and hyow the both of them link. I've already bought the business version just because i can't get the email notifications to work! I as the admin, i just don't receive any emails notifications when an order is created and payment is received. and the fields shown in the email is not the same as those in the checkout form too! HHHEEELLPPPP..~~!!!

I´m not receiving when order is paid but i do when its created? do you have the same problem?
if not did you configure the mail notifications in system options?

Hi,

By default we send only the order created email to the admin, if you don't receive it, that's maybe because you disabled it via the menu System > Emails.

Regarding the payment, it's the payment method which should send an email on the payment status.
If it's not working, thanks to edit the file "administrator/components/com_hikashop/helpers/helper.php" and search for "receipients" and replace it by "recipients", you hsould get back the payment emails.
