How to PopUp a box that asks, "Continue Shopping or Proceed to Checkout" when a user click on "Add to Cart" of a product?

Set "After a product is added to the cart" to "Stay and display a popup notice". In the following settings you are also able to configure duration and size of the popup.

The width of the page inside the popup is actually controlled by your joomla template.
So it's independent of what you set in the controls of the HikaShop admin.
You'll have to see that with your template provider.
