Duplicate Orders

Often times we get duplicate orders, but not every time. Not sure what to do.

Update. And give us more informations
Like which payment methods you are using.

You can too look in the order history if there is something strange, you can see that in the order details.

Aren't these orders with the same products but with different status ? Isn't customers that are creating but not finishing their orders ?
