Hello,
Who else has problems with iphone users?
Last weeks most of my iphone customers have problems placing an order in the webshop.
Are there other people having the same issue or had solved?

I would like to know as soon as possible.
Missing lots of sales now

Hi,

We do not have iphone so we won't be able to test it and understand the problem.
Do you have more details about the problem ?
Is it during the checkout, for a specification action which is not working ?

If your store is working fine for desktop and not for iphone, my first idea is to check the javascript errors.

Hi Jerome,
I'm not a iphone user either. That's the thing.
What I get is that customers cannot register.
And other customers get a blanc screen when they arrive on the payment page.
does this help a bit

Hi,

Maybe this thread could help you :
www.hikashop.com/forum/checkout/869696-h...-mobile-devices.html

I generally use Firefox to visualize the result on specific screen sizes, but the website might help you (even if it's just iframes, it does not react like a real iphone).

A full blank page is generally a PHP error. Reading your PHP error log could tell you more if there was really an error.
