Customer account disappearance & order replaced

Hi, I'm a bit baffled but a customer account details seems to have disappeared from registered users and his order which he completed successfully has been overwritten by a more recent one (both with the same order number). Emails and credit card transaction records confirm both transaction. Absolutely at a loss as to whether it is a site security issue or otherwise.

Hi,

I've never heard of such problem.
The only thing I could think of would be a mass action configured to delete the user account/create a copy of the order or something like that.
Make sure that you don't have any mass actions enabled via the menu System>Mass actions.

I found what the problem was. The missing user account was found in a previous copy of the database. Seems like something went wrong with database export and subsequent import during joomla upgrade which could not be done on the live site and has to be done and tested locally first. Luckily it appears only this customer was affected. Thanks for the response.
