-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.2

Hi,

I do not require my customers to register before making payment.
My payment mode is paypal.
While making payment, Paypal only requests for my Customer's billing address but not the shipping address.
After the payment is made, I am not able to see the Customer's shipping or billing address in either my Hikashop backend or Paypal.

Please advise:

1.. How I can capture both my Customer's billing and shipping address
2. How can both addresses be reflected in my Hikashop Backend

Thanks!

Hello,
Can you show me how did you configured your checkout workflow and the "register" option through "Hikashop->System->Configuration->Checkout" through some screenshots ?
Note that the Registration / Display method for registration options are only available through an Hikashop commercial versions.

Hello!

Please see worflow for checking out. I am not able to put in the Address without putting in a login.
Im wondering if there is a way to collect the address without requiring the person to login.

Also, I am using the free version so I am not able to configure the registration process.

Please advise!

Hi,

If you don't add the "address" and/or "login" views in your checkout workflow, it's normal that HikaShop doesn't capture it and add it to the order since that's the goal of these two views.
Regarding PayPal capturing the address, you have two options in the options screen of the PayPal payment method to tell PayPal if it should capture or not the address on its end. Then, it happens on PayPal's end and HikaShop is not involved with the address entered by the customer on PayPal's payment page.
