Limiting or "retiring" downloads in HikaShop?

Hi,

I apologize if this has already been answered somewhere, I just couldn't find it.

In HikaShop Business, is it possible to "retire" or hide a download from all future shoppers, if certain conditions are met?

The idea would be, that there is a download available to the broad public e.g. at $10, but if someone pays a premium price (e.g. by selecting an option, that would change the price e.g. to $50), that would make the download exclusive, by taking it off line for everybody else in the future (nobody after the $50 purchaser would be able to purchase the download any more).

Is this doable in HikaShop, and if yes, how?

Everything is possible But sometimes it require customizations.

In your case, as you said you will have to use an option to make it exclusive or not.
If the product is purchased with the option, then this product has to be disabled, and this will require a small plugin.

So, if I got this right, this would be a plugin that doesn't exist yet, correct?

Given that I'm not a programmer but mainly a graphics person, how would I go about getting this plugin? Is it something you guys could make, and if so, how much would it cost?
