Hikashop order status change

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.3.6
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.28
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome 36.0.1985

Hi. Whenever I try to change the status of an order in the back-up, I get this error message:

{address_company} {address_title} {address_firstname} {address_lastname} {address_street} {address_post_code} {address_city} {address_state} {address_country} Telephone: {address_telephone}

What is happening here please?

Second question. Whenever I try to create a new mass action, and select drop-down for action or trigger, the drop-down is blank. Please advise.

Please make a search before posting your message, we have a lot of threads which talk about this problem which is solved since the day after the Joomla 3.3.4 release.

Thanks Jerome. First issue now resolved, sorry hadn't seen earlier thread though I did look (obviously not well enough!)
