cant find the dl file and no confirmation to buyer

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.2.3
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.3-7+squeeze19
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : ff
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- :

Selling only dl products.
Having those errors:


1. paypal payment dont get updated in hikashop
after manual "confirmed" the order
2. Customer dont get confirmation mail with dl link
3. "Cant find file" when user tries to dl in user dashboard
4. same error from backend when checking in orders

uploaded the zip files to safe area via ftp due to its sizes 1-3gb pr file.

Please advise

Hi,

1. Please check the content of the payment log file in Configuration > Main > Files. There is potentially an error returned.

2. Are the other emails working ? The joomla ones like user registration ?
When you manually confirm the order, do you enable the option "Notify customer" ?

3. A test account with an order and a file to download is welcome to test this part :)

4. Hmmm maybe an administrator account then.

Hi,

We are not able to access your backend. When trying to access the backend URL, we get automatically redirected to the frontend so it seems that you have some kind of security component which prevents that. Could you check on that so that we can access your backend ?

Hi,

Please check your product configuration ; you entered the file path but the path is already related to the "safe" folder.
So you do not need to put the folder "media/com_hikashop/upload/safe/" in the file path, just the filename if the file is right in the "safe" folder.

I have corrected the path, BUT it still dont work...
3 errors:
File not found (when trying to dl the file in dl area)
User mail DONT have dl link in the mail...
Payment logfile is empty

Hi,

We have a priority ticket system which means that more you will answer to your thread, more time it will take to our team to answer it.
So please, be patient.

I made a little override for your view "backend / isis / product / selectfile.php" so now when you edit a product file, it display the files in the upload safe folder.
That's how I saw that the file you entered for the product "test product" was not right and I guess that there was some extra white caracters at the end of the file (a space or a tabulation, not sure).
Well, I copy the filename from the list and now the test order is working.
