Confirmation email - font size/color change

e mail (you get the order). In the header of the "Please confirm your order here ...." I want to change text color / size.
Where can I change it?

In the Business Edition you have access to the HTML (and other) versions of the emails to create overrides in a similar way as for views.

Backend -> System -> Emails, then select the email in question and use in-line CSS in the frame "HTML version" as you see fit.

The solution will probably be to directly edit your translation file, and add some inline css code.
