Email Notification Issue

No matter what the order status is, when I press the email button on top to notify the customer of a change in status to the order, the window opens with the following.....

{address_company} {address_title} {address_firstname} {address_lastname} {address_street} {address_post_code} {address_city} {address_state} {address_country} Telephone: {address_telephone}

Instead of the email with the format we created. HELP!
