Hello support team,

i recognized that the amount of a product in stock is reduced after the payment done in the backend.

IS there a way to reduce the amount in stock after the costumer has put this product in cart?
Because when da cart is still open because someone did not finish the payment process, and another costumer buys the same product wiich is only 1 time in stock.

The first costumer wont get his product even if i has it already in his cart.

Hi,

No, unless you create a special custom plugin.
But it's not something that I will recommend you because a cart can be link to a guest account so you won't be able to know when that cart will be delete ; so the product stock won't be re-incremented.
