Missing Canada from Address pick list

I am testing the shopping cart however it appears the picklist is missing Canada.

How do I add Canada to the Address picklist, during checkout process?

I've searched the forum but found nothing.

I figured it out, please disregard.

I had the type set to states versus Country.

All good now
