Not receiving created/confirmed order status email

-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Cannot get created or confirmed order status emails

I have tried just about everything to get the created and confirmed emails to send. I would like the confirmation emails to be sent to: sales at theindustrialfarmhouse DOT com, jackie at riverworks DOT biz (2 different emails - I have added with no spaces)

Here is what I have done:

1. I have upgraded hikashop to the latest version.
2. On system > main > emails I have confirmed that 2 emails are listed in both payment notifications email and order creation admin notifications email addresses.
3. In systems emails, I have confirmed that the reply to address is: 2 emails for order admin, order creation, order status, order notification, account admin notifications.
4. For all sender emails - I simply have just 1 email listed.
5. I downloaded a plugin I saw on the form - addBcc_status_email and added my email to the form and enabled the plugin.

I have tried just putting 1 email in, etc. I feel like I have reviewed the forum and followed all steps - still not working. Can you assist me?
