translate the country and state field of older

I use tradition Chinese language as my website’s default admin language. But the “country” and “state” field of customer shipping address and billing address in Hikashop order's detail, as well as the “country” and “state” field in system email to vendor and to system administrator are still display in English. How can I fix this problem? Thanks.
