Is the customers download area available in the free version of Hikashop?

Hello,
Yes,
You'll just have to enable your customer download space through the "Enable customer download area" option of your "Hikashop->System->Configuration->'Main'" page.

The download space will allow your customer to see all their available download files and download them until they reach the download limit.

This download will be available through the "User control panel"

I think the question was about the free version of Hika shop

I'm getting << Enable customer download area Only in commercial versions of HikaShop>>

Hi,

Even if the "download area" is only in commercial version of HikaShop ; your customer can access to their orders.
By displaying an order, they will access to the files of that order.
You can see an example in our demo website (you can see the column files with the information that the download is now expired, but with a more recent order you will have links).
