Set the default nation into registration form

Hi,
how can I set the default nation from France to Italy?
When a new user go to the registration form, on the "Nation" field there is France.
My store is in Italy and i want see "Italy".

In HikaShop > Display > Custom fields, edit the field "address_country" and set "Italy" as default country.
