Order format change

Hi,

I've done tests both for a new account and for an existing account and it worked just fine. I was able to finish the checkout by clicking on the finish button.
So I'm not able to reproduce the issue you're talking about on your website.

Dear Nicolas,

You have to see the product, ready to buy, and the create a WHOLE NEW account in order to finish the order. Almost 100% of the customers are new without registration.

Please don't use your exiting account. Try again you will see the problem. Thank you very much.

Hi,

As I said in my previous message, I did create a new account (you can see the account test_hikashop2 that I have created during the checkout) and it worked just fine.
So I'm not able to reproduce the problem.

Oh but I use the exiting account to enter, again there is no NEXT STEP to get through the order... It shows not logging in ... and the passwords are empty...
Can we do live monitor that I show you?

Hi,

I've done both tests. Checking out with an existing account, and checking out with a next account. In both cases, I got the "finish" button and I was redirected to PayPal.

We don't have any live monitor support. Please post a video of your steps or screenshots of the different steps, because I don't see any problem.

I know what happened. There is no address/shipping info request window to pop-up to finish customers information.

Hi,

The issue is that you unpublished the HikaShop user synchronization plugin :
take.ms/hqInV
That's the plugin responsible for HikaShop to know when a user is logged in or not.
If you disable it, HikaShop still thinks that you're not logged in when you log through Joomla or after the auto login of the activation of the user account.

Please activate back that plugin. There is no reason to deactivate it. It should then work properly.

Hey all,
I reinstall the free hikashop now and the problem seems fixed. It had happend countless times. Whenever we change something, hikashop does't work. We need to reinstall every time there is problem. You need to find ways to solve it.

Hell all,

The problem doesn't get solved. The essential version disappeared after I reinstalled the basic free version. The order number becomes messy again!!! When I reinstalled the Essential Version, the order can't be finished/ processed succesfully~~~~~So when I reinstalled the free version again, the order processed but the order number becomes messy again since the Essential Version is gone~

It kills me. Can anyone help to solve by as soon as possible? Thanks. Give me a LIVE teach and fixing!! I am really thinking about refunding this software but that's the last option.

There was a misunderstanding. We thought that this issue was solved for you.

I've just installed the Essential edition for you on your website thanks to the admin account you previously provided.
I then did a test purchase on your website and the order was created and I was redirected to PayPal.
So I didn't see any error after the upgrade to the Essential edition.

Please make sure what was going on. We can't go live and then lost the customers when the problem happens again.

I don't know. I don't know what happened.
You just said that the order wasn't created but normally in such case, you should get an error message. What was the error message saying ?
The order could not be created for many reasons but since it's working for me, I don't see why it wouldn't work for you too.

Hi,

I know that you said other things before, and I had tested these issues on your website. But with the new tests I did since I personally installed the Essential edition on your website, I couldn't reproduce any of those.
Everything looks like it's working properly on your website.
So maybe it comes from the upgrade, or maybe it's just because you enabled back the user synchronization plugin as I had told you.
The fact is that it now works. I do get the address popup, and can go to the next step.
