Orders set automatically to cancellation after 25

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.3.29

Hi,

since tha last update to Hikashop 2.4.0, the orders for advance payment are set automatically to cancellation after 24 / 25 hours. This was not the case before. Is there a new mechanism built in for that and where can I set the old behavior as it was before ( manually set the status after the money arrived)?

This is urgent, because the customers of our customer are moaning and angry about that.

Hi,

There is no new mechanism for such kind of thing.

We have a plugin, called "Orders Automatic Cancel Plugin" which use the cron task to cancel orders after a specified number or hours/days.
If you have published that plugin (manually, the updates does not publish plugins), or if that plugin was published since the beginning but you haven't activated your cron task before (so it wasn't triggered) ; it could explain your "issue".

Otherwise please provide details about your website, the payment method you're using and some details about the orders which are being cancelled (the order history).

Yes, it was the plugin. I found out that issue before you answered.
But I don't know how it was activated. I know for sure that it was never activated and that I didn't activate it manually. Also the cron runs since months without any problem. It firstly appeared after the last update.
