Billing Address & Shipping Address in admin email

I want to mention Billing Address & Shipping Address in the email 'Order administrator notification'
Now only the Billing Address shows up.
I have seen the HTML code, but what do I have to do?
Changing: System > Emails > Order administrator notification HTML version
And also the Text version?
What about Preload version?

What part do I have to change or copy and modify?

Do I have to change any php file? If yes, which one?

By default both addresses should be displayed, nothing needs to be edited.
Are you sure that the order you are looking does have a shipping method ?
If there is no shipping method, so no need for shipping address, so no display.

To display it in any cases, you could potentially remove the code:

I have tested it now, to be sure. This is the result:
As customer I give a billing address and a different shipping address. And yes, I have choice in different shipping methods.

After fill in the shipping address, I push the button V (the OK sign - in right top) for saving the adress.
After that, the shipping adress has overwrite the billing address ?! shipping address => billing address

This seems a bug, I think.
I have no possibilitie to give 2 different adresses. See also the screenshots (before and after pushing the OK-button)

Facturatie = Billing
Verzend = Shipping

Please help! The live site is getting orders and we do not know if the adresses are good, because if someone enters a different shipping address, this overwrites the billing address.

This indeed looks like a bug, could you please try to install again the latest version of HikaShop over the current one.
Do you have edited any views related on the address, address edition ?

If no, and the re-install don't change anything we will potentially require a backend and a FTP access.

I have tested again: first I installed new Hikashop version (com_hikashop_business_v2.4.0_2015-04-08_10-33-34.zip)
Then I ordered a product with a different Shipping Address. This time, after giving 'shipping address' I did not push the OK button (right top) but push the 'next' button (order).
The result: as customer I get an e-mail with Billing and Shipping address, both are the same (that is not OK)
In Hikashop I checked the order: shippings address details are placed in the Billing address.

So it is a bug.

The issue is due to SH404SEF which is removing "{" and "}" in the urls so some of our javascript can't be executed correctly.

Thanks, I have disabled sh404SEF for Hikashop, and then the problem is solved. I now have the possibility to give a different Shipping address and after that I can choose between the 2. (never seen before due to the 'bug')

Question: what do you suggest for SEF component for Hikashop?
I now have a URL: domainname.com/component/hikashop/product/product-name
And I like: domainname.com/product/product-name or domainname.com/shop/product-name

You just have to set the desired alias in the settings of your menu.

I am having the exact same problem and I do not use the SH404SEF extension. The "solution" appletree found may only be a partial solution. For me, when I select the "Dropdown List" option for the shipping address, the shipping address is saved correctly and does not change the billing address. But, the other two options cause the billing address to change to the new shipping address. It appears that HikaShop is forcing the billing and shipping address to be the same.

So, I am currently using the Dropdown List which would normally be fine except it shows the option of choosing the old address and the new address. This complicates the checkout process. If a customer changes the shipping address, I would much prefer that only the single updated shipping address show under the shipping column. Not two optional address. The attachment shows the 4 addresses in the checkout.
