PDF Plugin activated but nothing is happening

-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.1
-- PHP version -- : 5.4.16
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome Latest Version
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : No Error Message

Hi,
I have just installed the "PDF Plugin" and I enabled it.

Nothing seems changed, in particular:

1) If I click in the "Invoice" in the order area, I got an html Popup (so, not PDF) without the Footer info I have added to the PDF Plugin.
and also
2) Once an order is confirmed Customer receive the Email but without PDF Attachment

What I'm doing wrong?

Hi,

It probably has something to do with either the settings of the PDF invoice plugin that you can find when you edit the plugin via the Joomla plugins manager, or with the settings of the "order" section of the HikaShop configuration.
Please check them and if you don't find the problem, please provide screenshots of these options.

Hi,

So first, it's normal that you don't get the PDF when you click on the "invoice" button of the backend since you turned off the option "override on the backend" in the settings of the plugin.

Regarding the attachment of the PDF to the email, the settings look correct to me.
Can you check that you didn't turn off the "embed attachments" setting of the Email section of the HikaShop configuration ?
What if you write confirmed in the "Statuses for email attachment" setting of the plugin ?

If I set the "Override on the backed" to ON in the PDF Plugin When I click on invoice I Obtain a "Partial" invoice without Product Details (See Image Capture1.PNG)

If I disable the Override I obtain a Complete Invoice but in HTML (see Caputure2.png)

For the other two points:

"Embedded Attachments" Is Enabled
Adding "confirmed" not changes the behavior

Problem Solved installing the php-tcpdf.noarch in the server where Joomla is running
