Multiple Modals opening when opening an order

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.4.0
-- Error-message(debug-mod must be tuned on) -- : Mutiple Modals open when opening an order

When I go to open an order in the backend, a bunch of modals pop up immediatly and i have to close them to see the order page.

The modals that open are:
Shipping Invoice
Invoice
Email
Modify the product information for the order
Product Page
Add a product to order
Edit Order additional Information
Set order customer

They are all blank except the title. It appears to me that all the modals are not being hidden when the page loads. Please advise.

The issue is related to your backend template.
Which Joomla version are you using and which backend template are you using ?

From what I understand, it could come from two things:

1. You have deactivated the backend CSS file of HikaShop in the Display tab of the HikaShop configuration. So make sure that it is set to "default".

2. There is another extension on your backend messing up the modals. It could be a backend module or a system plugin. Hard to say which one and I guess you would have to disable them one by one until you find the culprit.

If all that doesn't help, you should look at the javascript error console of your browser while opening that page in order to see if you have any javascript error on the page.
