Discount doesn't apply- crossed price

Hi
Read many topics in the forum, docs about this, followed every step, Still, Nothing happend.
Created discount with code and without code.
Applied it on all categories, 100 times to be used.
Edited the menu in disply and in configration to show the price after discount. Still.
I want to disply the old price crossed next to the new price after-discount

Would it be possible to have a link to a product page and a product listing in order to see the final result ?

About your configuration ; you mixed some elements of a "coupon" with the elements of a "discount".
A discount does not require any code and a discount can't really have quota.
A discount is something which will applied every time (when the discount is valid).

Regarding the coupon/discount documentation

Quota : The maximum number of times a coupon can be used. Discounts won't be used if the quota is inferior to the number of times used but the number of times used is only incremented for coupons, so it's not really useful for discounts.

You have set the "number of time used" with the same number than the "quota", so the discount is no more valid.

After that I will recommend you to not use a category filter specially if you target every product (by selecting the "product category" with all sub elements).

It worked, after setting quota and time used to 0.
Suggestion:
It's better to create to seprated pages for discount and coupones or to seprate their settings from each other. It's a bit triky to have all the settings mixed up together like that where some works for this and affects that.

One more thing,
Is there some setting to show the old price crossed or should I do some changes on the view's?

Thank you for your feedback.

For the old price crossed, it depends on how you configured the "show discounted prices" setting in your products listing menu/module and in the HikaShop configuration page.
You should not have to change the view.
