Updating Customer order Stats goes back to login

-- HikaShop version -- : 2.3.3
-- Joomla version -- : 3.4.0
-- Browser(s) name and version -- : Chrome Latest

I have a unique issue here.

We have two groups of users that look after the website from two different locations. In location A we're able to update customer orders without an issue (can change from Confirmed to cancelled or shipped), however in location B when someone goes to update the customer order then goes to confirm they get taken to the customer login page without the changes being updated.

Things that have been done to try and resolve already:
Browser cache cleared.
Website cache cleared.
Updating flash/browsers.

Any help in trying to resolve this issue would be welcome

Can you tell me where and how you're actually trying to update customer orders ? Can you also :
- Active the Joomla debug mode ("Administration->Global configuration->System->Debug System/Language")
- Set the "error reporting" option of the Joomla configuration to "maximum"
- Test it again so that we can see if it display an error message which will help us to understand from what your issue is coming.
