Cannot save HikaShop configuration

HELP!
I'm trying to change the Unpaid Order Status in the HikaSHop config. However when I make the changes and save the page, even though it updates and says Saved, the changes have not been made and it defaults back to what was already there.

Currently the Unpaid Status is set to created, which is not good as emails are being sent saying they have paid for the goods!

Where in the database or filebase is the configuration stored? can I correct it directly there?

Thanks for the reply. Looking at both the admin backend and the database and comparing the values, it does not seem to match up!

When viewing the admin it shows created, yet the database has the value cancelled in the entry. Please see the attached screenshots.

Is the only solution to update to 2.5.0?

Hi,

If the database has the value "cancelled" so the system will use the "cancelled" value for the checks.
If it is not the case, so yes update to 2.5.0 will be the easiest solution.
