Hi bonne journée,
I only said Business Edition refund, and you took away my subscription of Essential as well?
My credit card account shows you charged once for Euro 49.95
I am not able to follow up your direction, since I can guarantee the order process problem will show up again by installation. That problem, we fixed it for many weeks. You couldn't find out the problem is, though it was fine finally. Also, downloading again will disappear my Essential Edition I bought.
And what is " That won't display the order process" you said? Then I absolutely can't do that since the process won't display at all.
We are going live and can't tolerate any website mistakes. I have to be very sorry to inform you about that.

Hi,

You said that you wanted a refund for the Business edition yes. You didn't say that you wanted a refund for the upgrade from Essential to Business.
So I've done what I thought you wanted and refunded both of your orders: the Essential edition and the upgrade purchases.
You should soon see both refunds on your credit card account.
Thus, that's why you don't have access to the Essential edition anymore.

If you want to use the Essential edition, then you'll have to purchase it again.

Regarding the sentence " That won't display the order process", I was telling you that the fact of download the Starter edition on our website won't charge your credit card as it seems you were afraid about that when I read your previous message.
It has nothing to do with the checkout on your website which won't change by just downloading the install package on our website.

I think your support is excellent. Keep it up. Don't let this one get you down, I've read it it from top to bottom, and can clearly make out what this person is doing wrong. So...Thought I should mention that.
