I am not able to follow up your direction, since I can guarantee the order process problem will show up again by installation. That problem, we fixed it for many weeks. You couldn't find out the problem is, though it was fine finally. Also, downloading again will disappear my Essential Edition I bought.
And what is " That won't display the order process" you said? Then I absolutely can't do that since the process won't display at all.
